Terri Gumula is a Director on the Tri-State Investment Sales group of Avison Young’s New York City office specializing in capital markets across the stack including debt sales, note sales, and investment sales.
Terri brings over 20 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, most recently with Citigroup Global Markets, where she was involved with the restructure/sale/disposition/removal of $1.1 billion of impaired assets, and responsible for managing performance, exposure, risks, expenses and compliance of a $2 billion portfolio of commercial properties. She has previous with Real Estate Capital Partners, Time Equities, Pearce & Mayer Realty and MMDC Group, a CRE Investing and Advisory Firm she founded in 2008. She has extensive finance and equity experience from owner and lender perspectives and strong national contacts across a variety of relationships including banks, owners, third-parties, etc.
Terri earned her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland, College Park and is a member of Real Estate Lenders Association, Young Men/Women’s RE Association and Women in Housing & Finance, and Urban Land Institute‘s (ULI) prestigious Responsible Property Investing Council which focuses on the intersection of sustainability, triple bottom line investing.
